We are a multi-faceted company with a substantial portfolio consisting of many hundreds of residential and commercial properties located throughout London including many blocks of flats and parades of shops. The variety of the portfolio is well reflected in the make-up of our tenants which comprise of national banks, government entities, supermarket chains as well as several other public listed companies, to sole traders, single regulated tenants and the huge diversity of people renting one of our properties on an AST basis.

Developing is the major part of our business and we continually have several projects being undertaken at any given time. We have sympathetically converted many buildings including listed former police stations, Victorian laundries, inter-war job exchanges and warehouses. We have also completed smaller scale new build schemes and have refurbished countless houses and flats. The diversity of our developments in recent times has taken us on a tour of London from our traditional base of east London to the salubrious confines of central London, and most places in between.
